Customer Service Leads Ivy Street to Select Ndevr and MYOB Acumatica Cloud ERP to Support Growth
Fully integrated branding, design, print and digital agency, Ivy Street, have been experiencing a period of significant business growth. Growth has accelerated since the onset of the pandemic, as more and more companies are adjusting and diversifying their marketing strategies as they adapt to the new operating environment.
Ivy Street have been using a range of disparate systems to cover the many different functions across their business, and some of the older systems have reached the end of their life, no longer being supported, or simply won’t work on newer hardware. As a result, Ivy Street recently found themselves looking at various cloud-based business operations and finance software solutions that would support their business growth now, and into the future.
After discussing requirements with a few organisations, Ndevr’s willingness to take the time to really understand their business, visit them in person, and demonstrate how their proposed solution would work in their business is what gave them the confidence to go with the Ndevr: MYOB Acumatica cloud ERP solution over the other systems and partners they were evaluating.
“We were constantly finding that Ndevr were the only team who would pick up the phone and speak to us to answer our questions, and they were also the only team who would come out and visit us in person. Their knowledge and expertise were without question, but ultimately our choice came down to their willingness to deliver good old-fashioned customer service,”
John Lucas, Operations and Finance Manager
IVY STREET
The MYOB Acumatica system was selected over other cloud-based solutions designed for agencies because of its high degree of functionality and tightly integrated business functions. It is fundamentally about joining the dots: from the bidding process; to client master plans; to job scheduling; ultimately leading to excellent outcomes for customers.
John said “the integrated business applications running from a single source of data is going to save us at least half a day a week of an FTE, as we are no longer going to need to manage spread sheets downloaded from multiple systems to manually build a picture of the business. I’m also expecting that its going to significantly reduce the amount of time it takes to close the books each month, as we’ll no longer be uploading journals and chasing people with please explain notes.”
“Our account management and studio teams are also looking forward to improved visibility and clarity across their 300+ scheduled jobs, as the new system will provide significant improvements in our ability to track time against client projects, and resource allocation across projects.”
Everything has been running according to plans, which means Ivy Street should be going live with their new system in August.
