Maureen Clifford, Ndevr Director and CEO

Maureen Clifford

Maureen Clifford has extensive experience in multinational industry with a finance and IT background. She is a former CFO and CIO of Fisher and Paykel. Having also held a Directorship with Fisher & Paykel for several years. Maureen is also a former Director of the Queensland Chamber of Commerce.

Maureen founded Ndevr in 1998, with Maureen Gunn and Denys Fallon, and founded Ndevr Environmental Consulting in 2010, appointing Matt Drum to lead the business.

She was inspired to develop Oracle’s Environmental Accounting and Reporting modules for the Oracle ERP products, JD Edwards and E-Business Suite. A product that was embraced by the global IT community, and recognised in the Gartner Magic Quadrant as a market leader. She won the 2012 National Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award for Innovation for the development of this product.

Her academic qualifications encompass University Degrees in Accounting, IT and Nutrition.

Maureen Gunn

Maureen has extensive experience in Enterprise information Technology and accounting, and is also a Director and co-founder of Ndevr.

Maureen began her career in Life Insurance & Investments, working as a programmer/analyst, before migrating to Australia, from Scotland in 1991. From 1991 until becoming a Co-founder and Director of Ndevr, she held positions both as a senior developer & as a team lead in the development of software for Tax Agents & Financial Planners.

Maureen holds qualifications in Mathematics, Financial Planning, and Credit Finance, she was also instrumental to the successful development of the Oracle Environmental Accounting and Reporting applications for JD Edwards and E-Business Suite that were originally created by Ndevr for their customers.

Co-Founder Denys Fallon (Deceased 2016)

Denys Fallon’s IT journey began in the 1970’s when he started working as a programmer while studying.  He had extensive experience as a Development Manager, Systems Manager and Technical Designer, and had a successful career successful in Systems and Applications Software Management and Product Management..

Denys was an active contributor to ongoing improvements and developments in the Software industry through his professional affiliations with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers of Australia, and American Production and Inventory Control Society.
