Co- Founder and CEO
MAUREEN CLIFFORD
Maureen has extensive experience in multinational industry and is a former CFO and CIO of Fisher and Paykel, she was also a Director for several years.
Prior to co-founding Ndevr, Maureen was the General Manager of a large manufacturing plant and head of warehousing and distribution and was a Director of the Queensland Chamber of Commerce.
She led Ndevr to develop Environmental Accounting and Reporting modules for Oracle’s JD Edwards and E-Business Suite, which was recognised as a market leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant. She won the 2012 National Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award for Innovation.
Maureen holds qualifications in Accounting, IT and Nutrition.

Co-Founder and Director
MAUREEN GUNN
Maureen has extensive experience in Enterprise Information Technology and accounting. Prior to co-founding Ndevr, she held programming and analyst positions in Life Insurance & Investments, then later as a senior developer & as a team lead in the development of software for Tax Agents & Financial Planners.
Maureen was instrumental to the successful development of the Oracle Environmental Accounting and Reporting applications for JD Edwards and E-Business Suite, She also leads Ndevr’s development and application integration teams.
She holds qualifications in Mathematics, Financial Planning, and Credit Finance.
Sales and Marketing

Practice Manager (Northern Region)
TOM DEVINE
Tom has over 30 years of experience working in manufacturing and supply chain. He has worked on both sides of business, in senior operational roles and in IT providing solutions back to industry. He is APICs certified as well as degree qualified in Marketing and a past industry conference speaker on Demand Management. Tom is also a long term ASCI member and the former Consulting Manager for JD Edwards Australia.

Practice Manager (Southern Region)
ANDREW JANKY
Andrew has more than 25 Years of Enterprise IT experience encompassing Oracle Software and Technology Licensing Management, Applications Consulting, Account Management, and Enterprise IT (Applications and Technology) Sales.
Andrew is an accountant by trade and managed the implementation of Ansett Australia’s Financial Applications.

Mid-Market Sales Director
ROB SHELDRICK
Rob has over 20 years of experience as a senior manager within manufacturing, wholesale and distribution organisations, working with technology and delivering process improvement.
Rob has managed large and small teams and has been responsible for project delivery on both the client and delivery side of major IT and business transformation projects.

Marketing Manager
SACHA BLOMER
Responsible for delivery of all things marketing, across all lines of business. From the pretty pictures to the articles to the email communications. I get to do the fun stuff.
I originally joined Ndevr in 2006, working with the team on the Environmental Accounting & Reporting journey until 2012, then rejoining in 2019. This team is amazing!
Delivery and Support

National Delivery Manager
ROSS HODSON
Ross has over 35 years of Enterprise IT experience 25 of which have been in programme and service management across Government, Education and Corporate Enterprise. He is charged with overseeing the delivery of Enterprise IT programmes and service management.
With Certifications and accreditations in ITIL and Project, Programme and Risk Management, Ross’s role encompasses Management of all project and service management delivery from pre sales, planning, strategy, governance, budget, assurance, account management and team management and reporting.

Support Manager
RAY KAN
Ray is the manager and face of our front line support team. With over 30 years of experience, Ray is a qualified CPA and former financial auditor, as well as being both a JD Edwards and Oracle E-Business Suite functional consultant and architect.
Ray has been the face of Ndevr’s delivery support services for many years and has also worked for Oracle’s customer delivery divisions across multiple platforms. Ray delivers incredible customer service, ensuring proper governance to all out customers.

This is where the magic really happens. Our people are nothing short of incredible.
Most of our consultants have well in excess of 20 years of hands on experience with both the Oracle software and technology. Our team have been sourced from within industry, with many having had executive level experience.
Covering industry’s such as Real Estate and Facilities Management, Construction and Engineering, Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Job Process Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Distribution, Import and Export, Mining, Agriculture and the Global Wine and Alcoholic Beverage Industry. They are masters at extracting the maximum value possible from your business software applications and making them do exactly what you need, while working within project budgets and to tight time frames. They also deliver front line support and training to customers and are frequently sought out as trainers and subject matter experts.
We’d love to have a single team photo, but they’re also spread the length of the East Coast of Australia, working both on customer sites and remotely.
In Memorium
Denys Fallon’s IT journey began in the 1970’s when he started working as a programmer while studying. He had extensive experience as a Development Manager, Systems Manager and Technical Designer, and had a successful career successful in Systems and Applications Software Management and Product Management.
Denys was an active contributor to ongoing improvements and developments in the Software industry through his professional affiliations with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers of Australia, and American Production and Inventory Control Society.
