Continuous Innovation Delivery Model
Following the previous announcement re the Continuous Innovation Delivery Model, Oracle has confirmed that JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 Premier Support is extended to at least 2030.
Under the Continuous Innovation Delivery Model, Oracle will deliver all new functionality to JD Edwards products as updates to the existing release.
This means that customers will not have to upgrade to new versions in order to access new features and capabilities. All fixes and updates are cumulative and available to all customers in the most recent release.
Oracle has taken this step to provide comfort to customers that they can continue to run the current release of JDE applications with ongoing support and enhancements for the foreseeable future.
Continuous Innovation Now Applies to EnterpriseOne 9.2
As of July 2018, Oracle has extended this commitment to JDE EnterpriseOne customers by extending the Premier Support date for EnterpriseOne 9.2 to AT LEAST December 2030 with an annual review to confirm future extensions.
Oracle understands that on-premises applications are important for many customers. Oracle has no intention to end Oracle Premier Support on the continuous innovation release for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Taking Advantage of this Change
Ndevr customers who would like to take advantage of this change are encouraged to upgrade to the 9.2 release.
For customers that have already upgraded to 9.2, Ndevr will work with our Customers to put a code current Process in place to ensure that our customers receive the benefits of the continuous innovation delivery model.
