Methodology

Ndevr's project management methodology ensures governance and assurance is undertaken at each step of the project while our reporting strategies are based on honest reporting and assessments. We undertake a thorough risk mitigation program, grading project risks based on likelihood and impact. All risks, possible and future, are identified and mitigation plans are put in place, while focus is placed on immediate risks. Our method makes use of industry best practices and frameworks from ITIL, Prince II, Pmbok PMBOK and ,Oracle Unified Methods and our experience.

We will not force processes upon your organisation or project strategies and phases that are not required. Management, governance and success are critical but not if the processes employed add no value or restrict the progress of the project.

We will not under or over-estimate the effort your project requires, just to win your business. Likewise we will not under or over scope your project. Both these actions are usually the sole cause or root, of a project's failure.

We will mitigate your risks. Risk mitigation is paramount. Other organisations will use words like de risk or risk management. Ndevr believe in the mitigation of the risk. We not only identify and document the risk but take ownership of the mitigation of the risk. Management and mitigation are vastly different.
