Environmental Accounting & Reporting is a purpose built module for Oracle's JD Edwards and E-Business Suite ERP that allows you to throw away the spreadsheets! Originally developed by Ndevr, Environmental Accounting & Reporting is fully embedded with your existing ERP, enabling you to capture and transform all your environmental data at the source transaction level. (Read more about the acquisition here) Environmental Accounting & Reporting creates one extra field of data within your financial modules and enable all of the raw consumption data for emissions and energy related items to be captured by a single additional data entry field within your existing Enterprise software. So there is no duplication of AP related data in spreadsheets, no doubling handling of invoices between the finance and sustainability departments, and no more vast spreadsheets of complex formulas to complete. Your enterprise software automatically handles the conversion of raw data into both emissions and energy equivalent, before sending all data out to the reporting tool (Oracle's Business Intelligence) allowing you to pin point emissions and enegy consumption down to the individual asset, or trace emissions sources back to the original inventory issue, invoice, or other ledger transaction. Environmental Accounting & Reporting is able to make the acts of collecting, converting, and reporting enterprise wide environmental data a fully automated exercise - eliminating spreadsheets, freeing up your sustainability team to focus on real sustainability issues. As the original developers of these modules, Ndevr has multiple reference sites for both the software, as well as the implementation of these modules - we are also able to work with several International Oracle partners should you wish to use local partners for implementation or ongoing support.
