Maureen Clifford (Chief Executive Officer & Director)

Maureen Clifford has extensive experience in multinational industry with both a finance, and project management, background. She is a former CFO & CIO of Fisher and Paykel, having also held a Directorship with Fisher & Paykel for several years. Maureen also held the role of Program Manager for Pricewaterhouse Coopers on one of the largest implementations of  JD Edwards OneWorld in Australia.

Combined with her tenure at Fisher and Paykel, Maureen also has many years experience in property development, and is a former Director of the Queensland Chamber of Commerce.

Her academic qualifications encompass both Accounting and IT, Australian Taxation Law and Multimedia.

Denys Fallon (Director)

Denys Fallon’s experience goes back over 30 years when he was a programmer for the State Bank of Victoria, while also studying Applied Science at the Chisholm Institute of Technology.

Denys went on to a successful career in Systems and Applications Software Management and Product Management. He has extensive experience as a Development Manager, Systems Manager and Technical Designer.

Denys has been an active contributor to ongoing improvements and developments in the Software industry through his professional affiliations with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers of Australia, and American Production and Inventory Control Society.

Maureen Gunn (Director)

Maureen has extensive experience in the implementation and delivery of JD Edwards ERP software, providing solutions for many well established companies across Australia & New Zealand.

She began her career in Life Insurance & Investments, working as a programmer/analyst, before migrating to Australia in 1991. From 1991 until becoming a Director of Ndevr, she held positions both as a senior developer & as a team lead in the development of software for Tax Agents & Financial Planners.

Maureen holds qualifications in Mathematics, Financial Planning, and Credit Finance.
